Daun Bidara Dan Khasiatnya Bagi Kehidupan Manusia – Alam memang selalu memberikan kebaikan bagi setiap manusia yang berada didalamnya, Tuhan memang senantiasa menganugerahkan alam yang begitu mempesona agar manusia yang tinggal di dalamnya senantisa bahagia dengan jalan yang ditempuhnya masing masing. Tak terkecuali dengan berbagai tumbuhan dan tanaman yang selalu hadir mengisi hari hari kita, salah satu contoh yang paling nyata adalah tanaman bidara yang kini mulai banyak diperbincangkan sebagai salah satu tanaman yang memiliki khasiat yang luar biasa.
Bidara atau yang bisa lebih dikenal dengan widara, merupakan salah satu tanaman yang mampu berkembang biak di daerah tropis, tak terkecuali Indonesia. Berbagai produk olahan telah dihasilkan dari tanaman yang ternyata mengandung berbagai khasiat luar biasa tersebut. Daun bidara memang tak bisa dianggap enteng saat ini. Bagaimana tidak, khasiatnya yang sudah banyak diuji oleh para ahli bahkan sebelum msa modern seperti saat ini ternyata sudah turun temurun hadir menghiasi dunia kesehatan manusia. Dalam perkembangannya, sampai saat ini daun bidara banyak digunakan sebagai kandungan utama obat herbal yang berguna untuk kelangsungan hidup manusia. Bukan hanya dibidang kesehatan, namun di bidang yang lebih mistis pun daun bidara juga mampu menjadi penolong.
Tak heran rasanya jika sampai saat ini banyak berkeliaran obat obat atau kapsul yang berasal dari daun bidara, secara harfiah saja, daun bidara memang memiliki bentuk yang unik dan dilindungi oleh berbagai duri yang melekat dalam ranting maupun cabang tanaman tersebut, seakan duri tersebut melindungi daun bidara dari berbagai gangguan yang akan datang, baik dari manusia maupun dari hewan dan tanaman lainnya.
Banyak hal yang bisa dipelajari dari berbagai kasus, salah satu diantaranya adalah daun bidara yang digunakan untuk memandikan jenazah, mungkin hal ini terdengar tabu atau mungkin kurang layak untuk diperbincangkan, namun mengingat khasiat yang memang dimiliki oleh daun bidara, tak ada salahnya kita mengetahuinya secara terperinci, dalam sebuah hadist yang dinilai shoheh atau dapat dipercaya, golongan umat Islam pernah menggunakan daun bidara ini sebagai salah satu alat untuk memandikan jenazah di zaman Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dalam hadist tersebut dipaparkan bahwa Nabi menginstruksikan agar menggunakan daun bidara sebagai alat untuk memandikan jenazah sebelum nantinya dibasuh dengan air.
Selain berguna untuk memandikan jenazah, daun bidara ternyata juga memiliki khasiat yang turun temurun, diceritakan pada zaman dahulu kala daun bidara digunakan untuk membersihkan darah bekas haid. Tak berhenti sampai disitu, daun bidara yang ternyata sangat berkhasiat sebagai obat atau jamu, juga bisa digunakan sebagai bahan makanan atau minuman yang tentunya sangat menyehatkan. Salah satu contohnya adalah di Indonesia, daun bidara banyak digunakan sebagai sayuran, hal ini tentunya menggunakan daun bidara yang masih muda, selain daun buah dan daun bidara tua juga masih bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak.
Daun bidara memang tak lekang dengan kehidupan manusia, seiring perkembangan zaman yang kini semakin berkembang, daun bidara kini diolah dengan berbagai bentuk menjadi sebuah pil/kapsul yang bisa lebih tahan lama, dengan ekstrak ini, manusia senantiasa dilindungi oleh khasiat dan manfaat yang dimiliki oleh daun bidara tersebut. Yang tak kalah penting lagi adalah bagaimana mudahnya mengembangkan populasi tanaman bidara ini, dimana pengembangannya sampai saat ini lebih dikenal dengan nama hidroponik.
Nah itu tadi sedikit rangkuman yang bisa saya berikan mengenai khasiat daun bidara dan kelangsungan hidup manusia dari zaman dahulu kala hingga sekarang ini. Daun bidara ternyata memiliki manfaat yang tak kalah hebat dengan tanaman herbal lain yang sampai saat ini dikembang biakkan.
