7 Tips Mengatasi Insomnia Dengan Mudah – Mengalami gangguan insomnia memang menjadi sebuah masalah tersendiri bagi si penderita, bagaimana tidak, keinginannya untuk selalu bisa beristirahat dengan tenang takkan bisa tercapai dengan mudah lantaran menderita insomnia. Seringkali insomnia selali dibarengi dengan berbagai timbulnya gangguan emosional diantaranya adalah kecemasan yang berlebihan, kegelisahan sampai dengan depresi dan rasa takut yang terlalu berlebihan.
Gejala gejala yang biasa dialami pleh penderita insomnia biasanya adalah sering terjaga di malam hari dan sepanjang hari merasakan kelelahan yang berlebih akibat terjaga di malam hari. Oleh karenanya demi mengurangi insomnia yang sedang banyak terjadi saat ini, saya akan mengemukakan beberapa tips yang dapat mengatasi insomnia dengan mudah, semuanya dirangkum dengan baik dalam 7 tips mengatasi insomnia berikut ini:
- Cara mengatasi insomnia dengan mudah yakni dengan mengurangi konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang banyak mengandung kafein atau yang memiliki stimulan, misalnya dengan membuat diri dengan minum kopi atau teh, selain itu dibarengi dengan berbagai konsumsi lain yang takalah berbahaya seperti merokok dan minum alkohol. Minuman minuman seperti inilah yang nantinya akan menyebabkan anda terjaga dan tentu saja akan membuat durasi tidur anda semakin berkurang nantinya.
- Tips yang kedua dalam mengatasi insomnia adalah denngan berolah raga secara teratur, banyak penelitian yang sudah menjelaskan bagaimana manfaat yang bisa kita peroleh jika mau melakukan olahraga dengan teratur setiap hari, selain olahraga membantu memperkuat fisik agar tak gampang terkena penyakit, olahraga juga merupakan salah satu cara ampuh untuk menangani masalah yang terjadi pada penderita insomnia. Dengan berolahraga, kalori otomatis akan terbakar dengan sendirinya, dan yang paling bagus adalah membuat anda semakin lelap dalam tidur.
- Cara yang ketiga mengatasi masalah insomnia adalah dengan membiasakan diri tidur secara teratur, yakni kebutuhan selama 8 jam harus dipenuhi mau tidak mau. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi beban pikiran dengan menerima berbagai alasan yang membuat kita harus mau melakukan tidur selama 8 jam per hari.
- Cara yang keempat dalam mengatasi insomnia yakni dengan menghilangkan berbagai beban fikiran yang bisa menyebabkan depresi, biasanya dengan berfikiran jernih atupun melakukan hal hal yang sangat disukai, semisal membaca buku sebelum tidur, atau dengan mendengarkan musik untuk mengtarkan kita tidur agar lebih rileks.
- Cara yang kelima mengatasi masalah insomnia yakni dengan membuat suasana kamar yang lebih nyaman, dimana kenyamanan ini nantinya akan berpengaruh secara langsung di bagian psikologis, dengan keadaan kamar yang nyaman dan bersih, niscaya keinginan untuk tidur lelap dan sehat pastilah akan menjadi kenyataan.
- Mengatasi insomnia selanjutnya adalah dengan memposisikan tubuh lebih baik saat kita akan tidur. Sebaiknya selalu gunakan posisi posisi yang bisa menengkan seperti berbaring mengarah kanan bukan kiri. Posisi ini didasarkan pada kisah Nabi Muhammad SAW .
- Yang terakhir yakni dengan menghindari berbagai cahaya ketika akan tidur. Alangkah lebih baiknya jika kita tidur dalam keadaan yang remang remang atau gelap, hal ini terbukti sangat efektif membantu kita mudah terlelap.
