Dari Universitas Faishol Damam, Dr.Ghamidi mengemukan kajian yang dipublikasikan di jurnal J.Ethno Pharmacol, 2001, bahwa habbatus sauda’ berkhasiat sebagai obat analgesik dan anti-artritis.
